S & B dry or oiled filter?

I have decided to go with the S & B cold air intake, but was wondering what was the difference between the oiled or the dry? Which would be better for me? Thanks, Brian! :humm:

I probably shouldn't comment as I am not familiar with the S&B and have never used an oiled filter....nor will I. The K&N is the most popular oiled and it does filter well but I've heard too many stories of this oil getting thru the filter and into the turbo and intake. Some have made a real mess, but yet others never have a problem. Just something to consider.

Yeah, thats some of the things I've heard as well, I think I will go with the dry filter, Thanks, Brian.

I have an AFE dry & I slap it around to knock most of the dirt out of it & then I vacume it & put it back in the truck:tu:
