need advice dpf delete

i sick of my truck soundin like a gas job and gettin terrible milage i was wondering what the best set up for deleting the dpf is and some recommended places to order from also will it throw codes and will it void my warranty. thank you

warranty will and should probably be voided, H&S and Mads Electronics/Smarty offer the best available tuning for these emissions controlled diesels, any old exhaust will work, i'd recommend magnaflow, mbrp, or silverline, in that order and neither tuner will throw codes, i'd post a quote thread and ask some sponsors here what it'll cost ya

i just completed my deletes a few months ago, holler at lukesdiesel at dieseldawgs.com. he hooked me up with a 5" exhaust, a mini maxx programmer from H&S and a S&B cold air intake. my truck runs great, its a 4x4 dually with 19.5"s on it and i got 19 mpg at 75mph driving to washington DC. also i recommend doing the EGR/Cooler Delete, actually makes the truck run cooler and gives the exhaust a better tone, more like the old 5.9s.

You have a few options. Black Maxx, Mini Maxx and Smarty seem to be the best choices.

False. A warranty can only be voided with aftermarket modifications if something is damaged in the process or the modifications causes damage.
