Default 2015 6.7 codes - P003A, P00AF, U010C - How long will it last on the turbo?

I purchased a 2015 Ram3500 with 30K miles that was deleted and has a tuner and after about 100miles of driving home from the dealer it threw the bad turbo codes. After a long battle with the dealership they will not fix the issue as I purchased the truck 'as is - with no warranty". Luckily its still driveable and the only functionality lost is the exhaust brake doesn't work once the CEL comes on. When I delete the CEL the exhaust brake works fine until the CEL come on. After research and asking around the codes I am seeing are pointing to a bad turbo actuator. I'm at the point of either putting another NON VGT turbo on (I'll go bigger and possibly 2nd gen swap kit) or just leaving it as is and deal with the CEL and save the money. How long will the turbo last the way it is? Is this something I can let go for awhile (6+ months to a year) or will I see failure if I don't get it fixed sooner than later?

Thanks!
