I've been turning mine on every time I start the truck from day one. 57K and I still have over 40% of the front pads left and over 50% on the rears... I'll buy the parts and plan do to the brakes around 75 to 80K.
I'm 100% certain, that it's fun to use, makes cool noise when it comes on, saves brake pad life considerably.. and knock on wood I haven't had any lights, issues with dpf's, turbo problems, nothing. I do run the thing about 25 miles each way to work and it's on the highway, with a good sized hill I blast up @ 75 every day so that may, make a difference I don't know... but so far so good. |
Sounds good! maybe I'll try it again.

I ran with mine on for the first 50k every time I was in the truck, then I put the S475 on.
