Rerouting exhaust outside frame

Im curious if there is anyone making a 4" or 5" TBE that runs on the outside of the frame rail. Would like to add an additional fuel tank like the standard tank on the left side but to do that you need to move the exhaust system.

You could always get one of those tanks made by Titan I think. They hold something like 50 gallons and bolt in the stock location

i think they make a bigger tank for QCLB trucks... like 60 gals but i cant get onto titans site to find out...:argh:

Titan has a direct bolt in take for the OEM that is 55 gal Atlas has 55 and a 75gal. 75 if I want to drop the spare time 6 inches. I was thinking that if I did the 4 or 5 inch TBE and had a way to run the exhaust outside the frame rail I could put another take inside the frame rail where the exhaust runs. Could also put a tank in the bed but I want to be able to switch tanks from inside the cab. Run reg diesel in 1 tank and homebrew bio diesel in the other. This might be a pipe dream but if I could do it I could save $$$ on fuel down the road and with diesel as high as $3.60 in FL I sure wish I had extra tanks and capacity for that $3.09 I got in LA
