brakes hissing going down the road

well i just got my truck back from the dealership. took it in cause of a high pitched hiss coming from the brakes when they were not applied, but when you apply them it goes away. the truck is covered under warranty, but they claim that the booster was not covered and that it was perfectly fine. they said that they couldnt hear the hissing. sure they couldnt, lazy asses just didnt wanna fix it. anyways i would like some feedback from you guys because you are far more knowledgable than the dealership...

thanks

There is an inner lining in the hose that goes from your power steering pump to your hydro booster..(will be the upper of the two hoses on your hydrobooster). Anyways..the lining came loose and jammed into your hydrobooster causing restricted flow.. Pull the liner out. it will be just fine. Does it go away when turning the wheel also? Let me know the outcome
