Default yellow engine light

My 07 has just turned exactly 12,000 miles and the yellow check engine light came on. I did the normal things to do what I thought cleared codes or lights.

Less then 24 hours after coming on, it is now gone. I have two months left on warranty and I am patiently waiting for Diesel Dawgs to get some more H&S's in at which time he has made me a package deal on pipe, filter, H&S, delete kit and rail plug.

Is this something that should concern me?

It's going back to the dealer tomorrow, I was fishing to see if there is anything I should be concerned about that the dealer might let slide as it only has a couple months left and the day my kit comes in the warranty is history anyway.

thanks

OK, took to dealer, they said they cleaned the egr and turbo. Drove approx 250 miles and light came back on, any ideals besides telling me to take back to dealer ?

Hopefully I will have all the crap off in a few weeks when my H&S comes in, but if it sounds like there could be a turbo problem, I should get the dealer to replace before I pull everything off and void my warranty. It currently has approx 12400 miles and I have about 4 weeks left on the 3 36000.

anyone that has experienced this, your impute would be appreciated!!

So dont take it back to the dealer let your warranty expire. If it were me I'd have it back there every time the light comes on untill they make it right.

Appreciate the response, it is aw's like you that we send good people like me packing from this sight as quick as I found it.

I was asking for help specifically, if there are issues I should confront the dealer with before the warranty ran out.

It was a no brainier to take it back to the dealer, that must be why you said that. What I was fishing for, was maybe like, hey," you need to make sure they replace the turbo and don't let them tell you different because it is plugged up" or hey, "you have nothing to worry about, pull the crap off and move on, I have done it myself"
