Default Stacked Programming Still Almost no SMOKE

Alright I honestly do not care about smoke nor is that my goal for this truck. It is for towing and isn't going to be used at the track ect or to smoke anyone out. I have a Smarty Jr with ME tuning for my full EGR and DPF delete and a Edge jwa cts for gauges and on the fly tuning. I just had the headgasket replaced and had the head machined and magna fluxed and had ARP's installed when they put it all back together. Has a billet converter and supporting trans mods ect.

My concern is that even if I run the smarty on the performance setting I get NO smoke at all even from stop and punching the skinny peddle to the floor. I do feel more power than stock you can certain tell that. So I got curious the other day and ran the the smarty tuning and turned the edge up to 5 "with edge timing off" and still only a small tiny puff of black smoke out of the pipe. I would typically be ecstatic as that means i'm burning all my fuel ect. But this isnt my first diesel and I know this combo of tuning should be pretty crazy and should be over fueling this setup like no other but its not for some reason.

My fears are that the next thing on my list is injectors or injection pump or something along those lines.

Any ideas on whats going on?

Truck is:

[QUOTE=Bigg Redd;1142170]Man, forget about the black smoke..............clouds of white tire smoke is what its all about![/QUOTE

Believe me i'm all good on not having black smoke, my question/concern is that it doesn't seem normal. I'm not the guy smoking out cars and bicyclists giving diesel owners a bad name.

I'm just worried there is a problem with my injection pump or injectors.

You said that you get some smoke when you punch it correct? Also even that you have them turned all the way up doesn't mean that you are going to get the black smoke. Depending on how the tunes are designed, I have EFI live on my 2012, and when I turn it all the way up its an extra 265. The tranny does not like it and the torque converter shutters really bad from a stop but it only puffs the smoke when I shove it to the floor but as soon as it builds boost it goes away. I wouldn't worry about it. Its just mean that it is burning clean like it should. Is there options on the edge for Full Fuel? When you see all the kids running around blowing smoke its normally that they have the tuning set for full fuel at any throttle position.
