Wanting to quiet exhaust. HELP

I have a 2010 2500 mega cab 4" turbo back with only factory 4" muffler but it is still a little to loud and not extreme drone but would like to calm it down. Would adding an additional muffler between turbo and factory muffler help to quiet it down? Any advice is greatly appreciated
