2007 Dodge 6.7 turbo leak
 

while pulling a trailer the turbo spools up to about 15psi and then it spits quick then back to 15psi. it sounds like it is coming from the turbo and not the intercooler. it only looses boost for a second. it only does it while maintaining speed around 60- 70mph. not when accelerating. any help will be greatly appreciated. I have checked the connections and looked for signs of a leak with no results.

I thought I had same issue... If you have your egr still your vgt turbo is probably on its last legs or may need a good cleaning...
