i did my full delete (EGR, Cooler, DPF...) at about 75000 miles, im at 90000 now and still not looking back! :rocking:
I just installed the AFE Bladerunner yesterday. This is the stock intake compared to the AFE
I didnt get any pictures of the MAP sensor, but that was completely full of soot.

Look at what your engine breathes with the EGR stuff. Thats nasty!! :td:

EGR combined with PCV recirculation is engine death. This is a picture from the last 6.8L Deere I was doing engine work on, it had about 7500 hours on it. No PCV recirc on it, but still....yuck.

Them are actually pretty clean compared to one I seen a few years ago. The engine burned up lack of air it was horrid looking. But yes that is a huge reason to delete :tu:

Gunman, new to game but it looks as if you have a lot of info on 08 6.4l. If so, can you advise me on yanking out oem exhaust and replacing with 4" turbo back muffler only. Also, if DPF gone, do I have to have a tuner for such application. Currently have a Hypertech and CAI on her. Need some advice.

Hypertech doesn't delete the DPF, I bought the H&S XRT PRO, I kept the factory 4 inch exhaust, went with a drop-in filter (AFE) deleted the DPF, CAT, & EGR:tu:

i wish i could do the deletes on my 2011 but i can't only thing i can do cause of NH is CAI and do down pipe to dpf and then stright pipe that's it can't take off egr or dpf off witch sucks i might be able to knock the junk outta the dpf and just leave it and let it look like it's there, unless some one has other ideas and still pass emissions for NH
