Hey guys I'm thinking of selling my mini maxx and getting efi live for my truck any suggestions ? Is there any thing special I will have to do to my truck if I run efi live?

Were you thinking of doing your own programming on EFI Live? I am rather curious as well. I currently have 2008 6.7 with SmartyME and was thinking of switching to EFI Live. My truck is fully deleted and I think EFI Live might be the trick to advanced gains. I like the ability to tune my truck myself.

the only thing is the learning curve. EFI Live has a great forum for tuning. take baby steps until you are familiar with what every thing does.

some people have been tuning for years and are still learning new things. i know i am.

not only having the ability to make it run the way you want but also the knowledge of your truck and what it is doing at different times, etc make it so much easier to diagnose problems. it puts you in touch with your engine when YOU are the one tuning it:choochoo:
