Lets talk intakes

I am looking to upgrade the intake in my 2007 and wanted to see what you guys thought is the best intake out there.

manifold or air intake? manifold i would go with the cfm+ i love mine had em on last three trucks and i also like the volant cai especially with the ram air :jump:
