Smarty JR software versions
 

Hi Yall I just got myself a smarty Jr the website I bought it from (DPF Delete Kits from Pure Automotive Group - Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Delete Kits for Cummins, PowerStroke and Duramax) told me it was an ME version. the actual software version its loaded with is 6.06B D:RM01E I bought the thing to take care of the DPF and EGR deletes, the instructions I am looking at say I need version V:6.09A D:R12ME. So do I need to upgrade the software or will what I have take care of what I need to take care of for the EGR and DPF delete? If I do need to upgrade where can I get the software?

sounds like you have the wrong software. V:6.09A D:R12ME is the one you need you need one that says (me) on the end and it will work

I did it turns out I had a couple things left to unplug. The truck has run well since. No codes and no problems with about1 or 2 mpg increase.
