Default o2 sensor problem

guys i have a 2008 6.7 2500 laramie.

I took it to the dealers for a o2 sensor that was messed up they confirmed it with a po131 code they wanted to charge me 200 bucks for labor and i know how to do it so i just bought the part and changed it myself. And cleared the code but it reappeared right away. Any adive

do the deletes im sure your running stock exhaust right that thing is prolly plugged to hell by now

its werid it has a dpf delete and it had no tuner on it and there was no engine light or nothing at all the truck was running fine i plugged in superchip racing programmer just to see if there was a difference and when i took it off i made sure to put it back to stock. when i took off the tuner thats when the check engine light came on with that code

thats your problem it had a tune in it someone kept the box tuner and left the file in the truck throw the superchips in the trash you need to get a delete file

i have a edge tuner that i bought used i havent installed it yet the parts number on it is 33005 i dont know if it ll work on my 2008 .

you will likely have to buy a tuner that is SPECIFICALLY for a DPF delete. due to the EPA revently putting their boot on the throat of the major tuners in the community that specifically dealt with DPF deletes, they have quit selling them to the public. EFI live will no longer allow the DPF Delete option, H&S no longer offer DPF tunes.

IF you can find a tuner in stock that has been in stock since before EPA cracking down, you can install it and be OK, if not you might need to start looking for a new or used DPF....

BTW, the 33005 shows for only the 2007 model trucks. you could use a 30107 or the 30007, but neither of those tune for the DPF delete that I know of.

even if im in Edmonton Alberta Canada their are no rules here about deleting dpfs and stuff

You could fall in a different spot u may be able to get one. The way i read they are removed from usa sales. U may check on it. But the edge wont work for you

FWIW, Canadian emissions as slightly stricter than the US EPA restrictions. I doubt H&S, or EFI Live will sell it again, some even stated they would not even provide for "Off-Road Use Only" with a signed affidavit for racing or sled pull use....
