Smarty and TS mp8 vs EFI live 6.7 cummins
Guys I just bought a 2008 dodge ram 3500 srw with a 6.7 cummins, I bought it cause i got a good deal to the tune of $13,000 (blown up Re48, Motor wasnt running and no a/c) I have everything fixed but the tranny. My idea is to build a puller out of it just cause i can. My delima is what programmer i should throw at it a Smarty and Ts mp8 combo or EFI live from fleece. What i would like to do, Dual Cp3, s400 2.6 turbo, built short block .40 over, maybe a stroker crank:rocking: hahaha , big ol injectors, aluminum intercooler, Nv4500 or something good for pulling, big clutch, traction bars, locker up front spool in back and a Big 10 inch stack. what do you guys think any suggestions or insight is appreciated :dixie: thanks

EFI live with V2 data logging, get a customized tune for your specific truck not a generic tune from some one else.

Efi is the way to go

recap finally got the truck runin bout 2 months ago and melted 2 pistons along with 2 cracked nozzles but made 1006hp before she died so now its a p-pumped 6.7 lol in my old vp truck so much for that, but now i got a common rail yard orniment in front of the shop with a hood stack some weight brakets and no motor haha, its like a little kids cozy coupe but you have to pull it around with a truck and it weighs alot more lol guess thats what i get for not letting fleece do my efi live and trying to do it myself
