Need Help Bad,
 

I put in some biodiesel into my tank that I did not filter the oil first. I topped off tank while it was running & the fuel line clogged while I was pouring it in. I am not getting fuel into the filter so i am thinking it is plugged at the screen on the sending unit. Can I just siphon off the tank & refill it or do i need to drop the tank? What is the best way to siphon the tank off? It is a 96 silverado 2500. Thank you all in advance

Only good way is dropping the tank. But I've drilled a hole and soldered a petcock valve to a couple trucks, and they're holding up just fine. I did that so I can drain the tanks if they got water in with the fuel. :tu:

Thanks I did just that, got to driving it back, got a few miles down the road & it lost power & died. I had the vapor return hose loose. Could it have gotten loose & made it die like that?
