PROBLEM!!!! NEED HELP
 

I have a 95 Chevy turbo diesel 6.5. We just replaced everything in this truck all new OEM parts due to a harnedd burn. Now heres the problem, we put a new computer in the truck all new shift solonids and new harness in the trans (4L80), now when we reset the computer the scanner will show the starting gear as 1st and the truck will work great. Now if we turn off the truck and restart it the scanner will show the truck starts of inn 2nd and will not shift. We think we got a bad brain from the dealer, and yes they used the same chip from the bad brain. Any thoughts or questions. I need all the help I can get.
