15mm x 12pt. gear wrench, rag, and pry bar are needed. Take the air filter housing off and set it aside, this helps make a little room to work with. Take the rag and wipe the flanges off enough to see the timing marks, be two small lines, one on each flange. Loosen the 3 nuts enough to where the pump adjusts w/ out much effort, and turn it toward the drivers side. Adjust the timing mark on the pump at least a the thickness of 1 mark. Tighten the 3 nuts back up to about 35 ft/lbs, and set the filter housing back in place.

No. Sorry! Try Nostagic air parts, or Vintage Air.

i am building a 66 chevy 4x4 so i will use the turbo on it .it will fit no problem .the truck will have a built turbo 350 208 case 14 bolt rear 44 front 6.5 turbo diesel 6 inches of lift and 37"tires bad ass retro truck and 20 mpg.thanks for the turbo info but hummer stuff costs alot and hard to find around here so i think a 5.9 is on the list i can buy a old school bus for a grand with a B motor in it

62 pump juice info

I have heard that turning up the pump on these is about a ten minute project with the pump on or off the engine, something about an allen screw or something, dont know for sure but maby this will refresh someone elses memory and they can tell us how this is done!

allen wrench turn up

i have had great luck with this. there is a little triangle cover on the drivers side of the pump that as far as i know you have to have the pump off to reach but you take the cover off and dump the fuel out so you can see . then turn the pump shaft until you can see the calibration screw its kinda small 5/32 is the allen size but it is there with the pump secured either in a vise or however you turn the screw in clockwise at least 1 flat of the allen wrench but more in this case is not better i WOULD NOT go more than two unless you know how the motor has been treated it will not last i learned that the hard way my motor was a fresh rebuild with 3500 miles on it when i put a pump on that had been turned 2 flats i rolls black smoke and will flat burn the back tires off the truck ive got 373 gears posi and 35 in tires and i get 19 miles to the gallon i hope this helps the guy who asked it.

hey clem you can buy hummer stuff on e bay farly cheap and i think after looking at another truck the hummerais will work but you will have to have everything off of the frot of itand it would probably be easier if you used the serpentine system

You don't gain a heck of a lot, if any power from advancing the timing.
