get rid of the EGR cooler, make sure the oil cooler is still good, injectors, while you're at it might throw some new ones in, up to you depending on the budget, take heads to machine shop make sure they're good to go, as far as prices i'm sure a vendor on here would be happy to sell them to you at a good price and i recommend going with the Black Onyx gaskets too because ford is kinda spendy for them

Injectors are in good shape Im probobly gonna update Quick Connect on back of HPOP and do o-rings and what not then stud make sure heads are flat if not have um decked and im doing this threw a buddys shop so while i have it off gonna soak the intake manafold but cant do the EGR delete quite yet still have another hundred thousand on warranty :tu:

what about a better egr cooler than stock? I know the factory design isn't that good and the aftermarket supports it pretty well

If you're under warranty then technically you shouldn't be putting ARP studs in either.... I would still just do the EGR full delete setup.

You have studs now that stretched? Or you have the stock TTY bolts? Big difference...

ARP studs are fine....

Just get the Victor Reinz gaskets, they're the same as the black onyx everyone pushes, but at a fraction of the cost. They're only $47 per side. Make sure you figure out if you need the 18mm dowel gaskets ore 20mm dowel gaskets too.:c:

Well There Factory Bolts in it and they said Head Studs and Aftermarket cooler would not void my warranty plus if they failed i could bring them in and they would put them in underwarranty and I figured out my white smoke problem and why it was just ervery once in a while my EGR valve Intake manifold and Turbo are all coked up so im gonna get my upgraded cooler next week take it in and while they are R&R the Intake and turbo ill have um slap on the upgraded cooler on the count of its just right there probobly another 15 minutes work :tu:

YEP. I had my studs put in by my dealer and my gaskets blew again shortly after, they then took my studs out of my truck fixed it with stock TTY bolts and told me they wouldn't fix it again. They didn't void the warranty, just said they didn't want to see my truck at that dealer again...:ouch:

Why would I even want to go back there anyways? They obviously couldn't do the job correctly as it was haha. I've had other issues since then and have been bringing it to my local dealer who has been more than helpful. Just can't seem to find a good 6.0 tech anywhere near here.
