I have 200cc injectors with 42ml nozzles,but use to have 190cc sticks.
If I had it to do again I'd go with some 175's or back to 190's.
If you tow much don't go larger than 190's because the egt's get pretty high.
I have seen 1700degrees in a 1/4 mile run on several occasions.

The turbo is coming off today and is going to Industrial Injection for an overhaul and upgrade.
Running 42psi killed the stock one:madd:

I do not have studs right now,but that's the next project.
PM me and I'll give you the price on the injectors:U:

Oh...I've run a 12.70@105 on a shot of N20 with the 190 sticks.

That noise you talk of could be air from the degas bottle coming out. Does it do it only when you get on it? I would say blown head gaskets. You may want to try a new cap . Also change your belt out. Mine made a funny whistle noise once.

Wow 80 psi.:bomb::f: Did you ever get the noise figured out?

well after this long, I'm sure you woulda noticed coolant missing and such... u sure there isn't a blockage somewhere that the air is blowing by making that noise???

its really weird that you haven't lost or noticed any performance differences...

Like mooring product said, the noise could be from the coolant bottle cap...I just bought an '04 6.0L and had a strange siren/whine noise at will when driving, I could usually duplicate it to test, well this morning I flushed/cleaned the coolant bottle--still had the noise, bought a new cap for $10 at the Ford dealer and.....NO more noise, woo-hoo!!! Boy didi that noise bother the heck out ofme for a week...hope this helps!

Well finally got the truck fixed yesterday. It was the exhaust side of the turbo. The fins had been hot enough that some had melted to a different pitch and that is what changed the sound. Ford was nice enough to replace with new turbo and everybody is happy. The service manager did ask did you ever have a chip on this thing and of course I said NOPE.:U:
