what kind of oil? I think that it should have both engine and trans from factory. Are you having a problem with over heating. If you need a larger cooler there are a lot of aftermarket coolers that you can just plumb in in place of your old one.you may have to make a couple of brackets.

If I where you I would use a cooler with fan.
If it is temperature controlled, it will assist in cooling under low speed, high load conditions.
Got the same setup and it really pays off itself during offroad.

Sorry not to specify but an oil cooler that u have to replace when u replace the EGR cooler is it better to upgrade or will a stock oil cooler perform well with an EGR delete kit

Obviously they dont know about 6.0's...

You can buy just a rebuild kit, instead of purchasing the entire cooler. I know Adam from FirstCoastDieselPerformance sells these. Much cheaper than buying the whole deal, unless your housing is cracked or something and you need an entire one.

I know there was a guy selling a pair of brand new ones on powerstroke.org

There are rebuild kits on EBAY as well. I have seen a few complete coolers on there also.
