6.0 long crank time when cold. runs rough when warmed up

need help. I have a 2006 F650 with 6.0. The colder it is out the hard and longer it takes to start(even fails to start when really cold). I noticed it does blow a lot of white smoke out the stacks while cranking. Once started it seams to run somewhat decent until in warms up then it shakes while driving, sputters(sometimes white smoke) and lack of power. History of truck is.. I replaced FICM(and calibrated)due to battery cable corroded cooked last one. Then replaced all eight injectors(ford), EGR cooler delete(way before issues started). Engine light is on but, my programmer will not read anything beyond an F550. I'm thinking it maybe an issue with Oil pressure not enough at injectors. Any thoughts?

I just fixed this same problem with a 2004 f450. It wouldn't start when in cold weather and even in warm weather it was a hard start. I would also have to let it run for 10 minutes before driving or it would sputter and have very little power. It had bad glow plugs. A simple test plug up your block heater for a few hours then crack. If it fires right up and runs fine then that's most likely your problem to.

Thank you for the heads up. It did end up being one of the glow plugs and a weak solenoid too. Still have issues once its running. sputters, lack of power, engine light and popping and crackling at exhaust. I will see if I can barrow a scanner

Popping and crackling may be a timing issue. I'm not sure how to check trimming on a diesel but I did have that same issue with an old gasser. I replace timing chain problem solved
