Default Low Buck Racer

I'm considering a 1990 Dodge 3500 4X4 for a low buck sleeper/racer. It has no trans or transfer case. It's a $2500 truck, so it wont look good but who cares. I have a list of parts for the performance, I just need to know what transmission I need to get and what transfer case I'll need.

No trans at all, i'll have to find one somewhere. I want a strong auto trans to put in there.

if you get a tranny that has overdrive which is probly best to get more speed at high end you would just have to rig up a switch for it to kick into overdrive whenever you want it.

Thats alot of money for a not good looking truck missing half the driveline.

Just saying.

I loved my 727 with the reverse manual VB.
