Lucas Prince of Darkness POD injectors
well since my injectors and pump are shot, its time to upgrade. anyone have any experience with these injectors. the price looks about right at around 450 and they say its a 52 HP gain.
anyone run these in an intercooled first gen truck? |
they make decent power, good started injectors if your on a budget. They are very smoky which we all know leads to higher egts
|
For around teh same price you can get an injector thats 100x better. Something along the lines of a 370 or a 435. SDX has some pretty good injectors.
Or look around and you could find a used det of POD's for less. I ran some for a year or so. They were ok but VERY smokey and run real hot. |
i want a good upgrade from stock an di do want some good power increases if im spending the money. but i am not building a race truck so i dont want something that requires biggers lines and all that stuff. what sounds like a good injector for that? and any ideas where i can get em?

I would look into a 370 or a 435 injector, we have plenty of sponcors here on the site that can take care of you!
|
alright i will order those asap. you guys know any good places to buy an Injection pump from on here? how about real diesel injection any word on them? or anyone around here better
|
Never heard of them, why do you need an injection pump?
|
The North American Tech Representative for Delphi even told me the POD injector does not fit the Dodge application very well.
