strait pipe?
on mine i have a 3 in. down pipe but right where it comes down by the front passenger wheel is where i made my adapter to run 5 in. to run the 5 all the way back i got a stack and cut off the turn out. then i butted it up to another stack and had the end of that one pointed up. then i got my last stack and made the turn out pointing down and welded those two together to clear the axil. Last that turn out i cut off i welded it back on at the end pointing down and made my own custom hangers.

i can drop down and go under the crossmember, but the four inch is tight up against my front drive shaft, and the frame. it's a mess i would really like to run a five inch downpipe to six inch exhaust. but i can't fit any thing bigger next to the t-case. ill take some pics if it's still light out when i get home tomarrow.

You can take out the higher part of the trans support. I don't like the idea, but I think there is plenty of support there. You could also make your own/modify the existing support to be just as strong.
