Default o5 raptor 150 install, broke down and got questions

im getting another fuel module canister tomorrow and starting again. my question how does the canister get the fuel, the factory pump apperars to draw fuel through a red valve in the bottom of the canister. i dont see the draw straw pulling the valve open. So is it the return line that keeps the canister full of fuel in low tank situations.
ive been down since sun and ive really got to get this truck going again. any help would be awesome.

A little more info here! You have a raptor 150 right? You gutted the intank pump right? You put the draw straw in the gutted housing right? There is no return on the raptor it is inside the pump. However post rail return does go back to the tank. So what are you asking about a canister?

You can't use a raptor and a in tank canister "lift pump" under max fueling the raptor will be fighting "starving" for fuel
