why not just get a set of air bags? you can adjust the ride on the fly and they will be able to handle a load alot better than shocks. we have put them on three of our trucks and if i did not have a drw i would have them on this trucks as well.

I HAVE AIR BAGS AND A ROAD MASTER SWAYBAR AT1 1/4" AND A ROADMASTER ACTIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEM I HAVE 71000 MILES ON THE STOCK ONES? I THINK ?? IT TIME FOR NEW ONES?? NOT SURE?

Muscle1, how do you like that Roadmaster suspension? I've always thought that looked like an interesting way to do a helper spring. I assume that is basically what they are- helper springs?

I'm using rancho rs5000's, much better than stock. the rear isn't soft or harsh anymore with a load and its not to stiff when its empty.

I'm running the Rancho RS9000XL's all the way around and they make my old Bilstein 5100 series look like JUNK, I only got rid of the Bilsteins because my front two had blown out in less than 10k miles and I can't afford to deal with that

What pressure are you running the bags at? I've got the Firestone's on my '08 and loaded I run them between 75 and 80 psi. |
5 TO 10 LBS WITH THE 1`2 FOOT CAMPER I AM NOT ON THE OVER LOADS SPRINGS YET?
