Smarty is probably the best programmer. That being said, I think an Edge Juice w/ Attitude is the best choice for me personally. I think you would be happy with either.
*Note- I do not have a programmer on my truck yet. This is taken from me asking the same questions.*

smart has lower egts than my juice in my 08

definately the smarty!!! i had edge and smarty is way more customizable and sutable to your needs of what you want performance wise out of it, and it lowered the egt's on my '03 and the edge raised my egt's
