Torque converter / valve body issues

What can i do with just these two up grades versus full rebuild.I have the money saved for a full rebuild and all the other goodies. But can not make up my mind.I have 41 on the tranny and did the filter change and flush. But i know i have to upgrade to run more power.I don't tow anything over5k.But i sure do like to lean on it.

If all your internals are in good shape then a tc and a vb will work just fine. Still wouldnt recommend any boosted launches anything like that:tu:

Like Shea said no boosted launchs on stock shafts. You could do a VB, TC and Billet Input.

A quality VB and good converter is a great upgrade. If you like to lean on it then a billet input is in your future. Here is the issue. The billet input requires about 1/3 of the transmission to be torn down and reassembled. The transmission is already out! If you are at that point, then build it right the first time.

:tu: On a full rebuild they can fix the crapy oil ports to the overdrive. :tu:

Hey, for what it's worth, do it right while the trans is out; it'll save you money in the long run!
