If the gauge is working correctly (which you need to test with a mechanical one and a replacement banjo bolt at the pump to be sure) it should read 8 psi for your truck at idle and no less than 4 at WOT. anything different and I'd be worried.

Ok so I have gotten the pressure gauge to work but I understand now that I need a lower pressure gauge. Any one have a part number of a 0-30 PSI setup? I am looking for a auto meter white faced gauge with silver ring if I can. Thank you for any help you all could provide.
