Fingers crossed will 03-05 bully dog outlook monitor work on 06
 

I just installed this outlook monitor that i just got from somebody just assumed cause the triple dog works on 03-09 that it would work on my 06 but when i first power it on it asks what year and brand truck and 06 dodge isnt a choice only 03-05 dodge, another reason why i didnt worry about it was that in this BD install video that half way through(-6:33) they say that for 06 trucks that you dont hook up the data port..... so does anybody know if this will work BD tech isnt there right now and i obviously don't wanna hurt anything

not sure havent had any dealings with bully dog but im sure there is someone on here that can help you good luck

Might be a difference in the ECM programming on the 06.

if its an 03-05 programmer and you have an 06 then it wont work or it would of been an 03-06 programmer , may be able to have BD reflash it for your model year

Well i just went ahead and tried it anyway and it works but at first it through P0237 so i cleared it not with the BD cause i havent put the triple dog on it yet but i went for a drive and now on the right of the screen it says extreme dont know if thats just nothing or not but i got on it a little and the egt shot up to 1247 almost immediately and froze there truck kept driving fine but stuck there and boost and peak stayed at 30, i got home and shut it down and then restarted and now its fine.... whats up now im afraid to install the trip dont wanna cause more problems

i just tuned with the triple the outlook works good i can change the gauge settings like egt, boost, hp torque but when i change the tune like from performance to towing it freezes so i shut the truck off then on and the outlook shows that it changes it to the direction i choose so its changing the tune but freezes

also forgot that when i installed the tune with the triple dog it froze as well when i installed the tow tune but i started the truck and it seems to have installed it
