Default Air Intake positioning with hoodstack

Hi, I have an 06 that I flipped and totaled a year ago, then got a whole new body for it, which came off a race truck so it has a hoodstack. The stack comes out where the air filter was before... so it's all rigged up, not how it should be. I ordered a K&N Cold air intake but it won't work. Does anyone know of a brand I could buy that would work?? I'd rather buy something altogether than buy each piece to put together myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! -Virginia

I would get new downpipe/exhaust system to put under the truck- Craigslist usually has stock systems for a couple hundred bucks. New 4" systems for under $500. Intake near the cab is bad news especially behind exhaust - need cold air!
