04 hesitating while driving
 
truck hesitates while driving and while getting up to speed.it has a bully dog,and when you watch the throttle % it will drop about 20 to 30%.the rpm drops to but but only 2 or 3 hundred. tryed new fuel filter,uninstalling the bully dog, no difference.and no codes or lights.

Possibly bad cp3 not keeping rail pressure? Never had a bad cp3 so this is just a guess

what is your rail pressure doing? is it a manual or auto?
