What to expect after Hot tuning?

Just wondering what to expect as far as more power and more gadgets after I send the module and monitor off. The tech guy at Edge said that I have to send off my monitor as well because it is the old version or something. He said that I will get an updated monitor along with more power and more features. Should I expect to get the turbo timer, another level of power, or what? Figured I would ask. More power out of that means I get to shop for a FASS! As well as a better intake. Haha! Upgrades are endless.:se: BTW:Mine is an 04.5 Jet Black dually with dual five inch stacks.

When I got my hot I got the turbo timer and 6 levels with the new monitor. It is worth it for sure. You may want to call them though to see what is standard. I sent my stuff in because I had a couple problems develop. They went above and beyond customer service for me so I don't know if the TT and other stuff was standard or not. I'm sticking with Edge. They have taken care of me very well. :c:

The guy at Edge, when I called for the RMA number, told me that he wasn't for sure what all upgrades that come with the hot but he said that it will be a heckuva lot better than what I had. I sent it off yesterday and put enough insurance on it to cover the whole setup. He said two to three days to get there, then two to three days in house and another two to three days to get back. The little green connector housing goin from the Attitude to the Juice snapped when I unhooked it and I also had to take my PacBrake compressor off to get the first injector hookup loose but other than that it only took about half an hour. I like their customer service too. I am also wondering about the high idle setting I see on some other chips. If not I will ground the pin on the computer and get the techy in Timberville to enable it.

Yeah, either way you will need the jumper to ground the socket on the ECM. The programmers (Superchips, Smarty, etc.) can enable it but with a 6 speed you need the ground or the PTO option no matter what.

Well I have the little pin that got snipped off when I hooked up all the wiring for my PacBrake. I am kind of a pack rat when it comes to stuff that I pay a buncha money for. Still have the box too. I just have to remember which pin # it is. I think it was #22 or #28, cant remember.

I'm pretty sure it's pin 22 and here is the Cummins part # for those of you trying to find it.

Now on that High Idle... I take that pin or the pin with the wire attached to it and ground it after pluggin it in to #22, right? Then just get someone to enable it usin the OBD2 or whatever they have now to do the diagnostics?
