Raptor 150 fuel pump

So after I installed my raptor 150 new hotrod injection pump and 100hp injectors. It sputters a touch. Sometimes. At low idle. Now I never dropped my tank and pulled the old pump cause I didn't have a draw straw here and my truck was broke down and I just needed It to run.
I'm very worried I could starve my new injection pump. Is it a must to pull the inline pump from the tank or can I turn the pressure up on my raptor pump. Until I get my truck home and get the tank off about 1500kilometers. 900 miles or so.

Looking over my stuff here I noticed I did not instal the overflow valve on my hotrod vp44
Would that make it spudded tho. Thought I would add that

Ok I changed the overflow easy fix seams better on idle but when I have my foot on the throttle ever so lightly it kinda spudders no when applying hard or foot off completely tho fine then. Maybe throttle possitioning sensor ? I guess what I'm getting at it I really don't want to pull the tank out here in the mud and when I get off its full throttle to try and make the last ferry back onto Vancouver island to see the wife and kids.

if you are trying to pull fuel thru the in tank pump without it running then that is your problem. what kind of fuel pressure are you seeing on the edge?
