Looking for a tip

Hey guys. Im trying to find a tip that i cant seem to find which i dont even know if any one makes one this long. Im looking for a 4x7x24. If anyone knows where to find can u please let me know thanks

Think the biggest length ive seen is a 18 and thats from pypes, mbrp, flopro, etc
