what turbo for quadzilla and 100 hp injectors

I was thinking about putting some 100 horse injecters on with the adrenaline. I want to be able to run some higher tunes like dyno or torque with it. i was thinking BD super B or would there be a better option, and would it be better to get bigger injectors with that turbo? any ideas would help, I'd like to be around 400 or more hp, mostley the more side. Thank you.

super b isn't that big. I would get a 62/68/13

Is there a certain company to look for?

cummin-get-it 04-08-2012 01:35 PM

what about 150's and an aurora 4000?

globalwarmingcontributor 04-08-2012 06:39 PM

industrial injection 62mm would probably be best for you.

Would 100 hp injectors be enough for it? I kinda want to stay smaller for now then go with 200s after college.

Get a set of 150's 200's will be too much for a single 62

K, 150s now and 62 mm turbo. Thanks

Would i need headstuds with 100s and a Phatshaft 62?

globalwarmingcontributor 04-11-2012 05:00 AM

you wont need headstuds until you go with 150hp injectors and a 64mm turbo.. you should be fine..but in my opinion i would just go ahead and get the head studs before you go bigger, so you have the added protection. you can go with ARP studs, or mighty diesel sells a good set that can handle up to 70lbs of boost for 130bucks i think.

I'm pushing 50psi+ on stock bolts... so far so good :c:

cummin-get-it 04-11-2012 06:20 PM

I was looking at industrial injections 62 mm's and didn't know if there was an advantage to any of them. O and what one would be best for twins later on with bigger injectors?

cummin_un_glued 04-11-2012 06:46 PM

S362/68/.80T3 gated would be what i would use, II dosnt offer that charger we have them built for us by an auth bw builder to our specs. perfect charger for a S475 or S480 primary in a compound setup and that charger will be able to tow with the 150hp injectors

edit: i would do studs

cummin-get-it 04-11-2012 09:47 PM

When will your guys site be up?

cummin_un_glued 04-11-2012 10:24 PM

who knows we are way to far behind in the shop to work on a website, i havnt even been able to keep up with the facebook page, if you check out our forum on here there are a few pics of some of the chargers on there

i can pm you a price if you would like, i cant post it in this open forum

cummin-get-it 04-11-2012 11:31 PM

You could I won't have the money till summer for them:argh:But I would love to see some prices, kinda just getting an idea of what's out there.

cummin_un_glued 04-12-2012 06:24 AM

pm sent

i know we need a website but right now i'm burried under 3 cummins engine rebuilds, 2 headgaskets on 6.0s, along with the usual injectors and transmission jobs.

I agree with Dustin the 62/68 will get you better power up in higher rpm as it can relieve drive pressure better than the 65mm turbine wheel. The 62/65 would be better suited for 125HP injectors in my opinion.
