Do you have compound turbos or a 66 single? that's a lot of fuel...

No just a 62/74 with a stage three cam but I plan on running an s475 cut down to a 2.6 in the future so that's the reason I'm going so big. But I heard jl has edm nozzels for scheid and some other big brands before.

DO NOT GO OVER .014 ON A 7 HOLE NOZZLE!

Honestly .014 is a little large for the 7 hole VCO. I would look into 6 holes if you really think you need that much fuel 6X.016 or 6.018.

I've heard the 7 holes are better for the street and these are sac's not vco's

7 holes are much more controllable on the street. Also the VCO and Micro blind SAC type nozzle are prone to cracking over .014. If your dead set on anything bigger than that I would look at 6 holes. Honestly a good set of 7X0.012 or 7X0.014s should do just fine.

Well I already ordered the 7x.016's a few days ago... I know the six holes are better but I got a really good deal on these, and I was told that since they are sac's that they hold up better then the vco's. But if one does start to crack is there any warning signs before it falls off and hits a piston?? I've seen where people have said it will start to make a popping noise and they stopped driving it and replaced the tip. And one more reason I just went ahead with the seven hole is that some sled pullers I talked to said that they use 7x.020's and run fine.

White smoke will be a dead give away.

If you dont mind me asking did you get them straight thru JL? Or a dealer?

I got them from a dealer. I still had my stock injectors so I just bought the nozzels and they are gonna install and pop test them for me.
