is something not right?

Well I think maybe my egts are getting a little hot for what I'm running.

With my edge set on 5 with low end at highest I can see 1300 getting too close towards the end in 5th gear, I've got an afe stage 2 and 4 inch turbo back with no muffler.

I'm thinking maybe its because my chip isn't backing down? I can see around 29 to 32 psi out of the turbo normally with the edge elbow in. I don't have my egt probe in for the chip I'm only running a pillar gauge for it. And my fuel pressure doesntt drop below 14psi.

So is my lack of egt mointoring for the chips computer causing this? Or is it normal?

Last run it did this was at night with 65 degree abient temp.

Could elevation be a factor too? I'm at 6500 feet above sea level approx.

Thanks in advanced guys!

if you are talking about wide open with edge on 5 that is pretty normal with a lot of boost. i hope i was understanding you right.:tu:

without the edge probe hooked up your egt back down will not work.

Yeah I'm at wide open throttle.

And yeah I figured since I ran it with back down percentage displayed and it stayed with no back down.

I wanted to run a gauge on the pillar and figured it couldn't hurt much without the edges egt hooked up. Figured it mightrun quicker too
