what injectors?
i have a 2000 cummins and i put a offroad vp-44 on it and it has some other extras. Im fixing to compound my stock turbo with a s400 and i was wondering what size injectors i should go with? and if just nozzels is ok or not.

I would go with some 150's for that and do a whole quality injector.
|
thanx man. whats the down fall to just nozzels?
|
depending on whose nozzles you run depends on how decent they are. But when you buy a whole quality injector they should be pretty much matched in flow etc and have even pop pressure. with nozzles your running your same injector bodies and adding the nozzles but they need to be pop tested and most likely shimmed to proper specs again. So you end up paying close to the same for nozzles as injectors.

01QuadCab hit the nail on the head!!
I got my full injectors from Diesel Auto Power.... Jkidd is a sponsor on here. He has good prices, just shoot him an email! He has them all flow tested pop tested and matched. So far so good for me! |
Brice at BBD Performance is the man and can hook ya up, but all the Vendors on here are good guys that will go out of their way to make ya happy. 150's are perfect, just stay away from the jammers...... sh***y injectors and very hot, trust me lol

cummins performance parts, diesel auto power, big dawgs, sdx, ddp, There all good injectors.. Cheapest would be cummins performance parts....most expensive would be ddp.

Re: what injectors?
Our 150s work great with a set of compound turbos.

Hey luke, how come your 200hp sticks are cheaper than the 150's on your website?? Just curious.
