mechanical fuel gauge? what to do with it

i got a mechanical fuel pressure gauge that has the fuel isolator now it says to put the antifreeze in the isolator on the gauge side do i fill the line going up to the gauge and the gauge its self? that gauge should be all sealed off but is it made to work like that if so how do i put the anti freeze in it and get rid of all the air?

The anti freeze will make it more accurate, but you'll never get all the air out. Fill the isolator and call it good. Did mine this way and it works great.

thats what i did. i hooked the fuel like to the filter side (didnt think about putting it on the injector had thought of that after) then ran the line around and up to the top of the brake fluid resivor thats where the isolator sits. i blead the line and pushed the rubber diaphram down the put the anti freeze in the isolator then the line dips down then up to the gauge on the pillar. there antifreeze in the line going to the gauge (i didnt fill that) and it has bubbles the gauge reads 10psi and drops to 4ish while driving and jults up and down ocationally and returns to 10psi once in a while while driving at 65mph. i hooked a fuel gauge to the injector pump it shows 15psi(one out of my dads shop. im starting to get into tho performance side so this is all new to us) took it down the road and it drops to 10psi when i get one it and stays around 10-15psi. am i not sapposed to have the line gooing to the gauge go below the isolator? do i need to that the anti freeze out of the line and relocate it?
