diffrent setup... turbo question

i can get my hands on an ht60 turbo im not sure i can power it i have an edge and 100hp injectors can i use it with my hx35 turbo for a good set of towing twins?

ht or is it an hx60? Thats way to big i think to run as a single turbo. It would take way bigger injectors and a cam to get that to light before next year. It would make a decent twin setup with a stock charger on the top.

its an ht off like a late 90 cummins n14 i believe and i dont wanna do a single i would like twins, thats why i was curious if it would work with my setup

It will work as a primary in a set of COMPOUNDS. AS it is not another HX35 it will not be a twin set up.

thats what i meant hx35 and the ht60 as compounds... but will i have enough fuel? thats my concerne

Farmboy 2.0 08-24-2010 08:57 PM

Sorry i meant compounds I have a tendency to use the word twins loosly when it comes to diesels

also while working on getting them in i nicked a fin on the compressor wheel a bit and now im worried it wont work any idea? only like the tip maybe an 1/8 or 1/16th

You can lightly sand the nick down.Clean the wheel as you are sanding it.Taking the turbo apart would be the best,if you are careful this can be done together.
