I just got a 1999 dodge ram 2500 and it came with the edge comp box. It was working for awhile then it just quit working. Whenever i turn the key on the light will flicker, then i never see them again. Some times it feels like it has the power then some times it doesnt. But it doesnt matter because i never see any smoke, only at startup.... idk whats wrong with it or how i would fix it, can anyone help me???

 

Edge will exchange for a new one for free, happens all the time. Comp boxes don't last long I had 4 in under 2 years

 

what level were you running it on maybe an led or 2 burnt out. mines been on 4 years strong

 

if it feels like it has power sometimes then maybe the pump tap is not getting a good connection?

 

2 years strong... never a bobble... keep it simple 1st.... check your key on wire on the fuse panel in the cab... mine will shake loose after time...

 

Thanks for the replys but i had it sent off to edge and they replaced the box for $50

 

I must have got one before they were made in who knows were.10 years going strong
