New Turbo!

Hey guys i was wanting to know what would be the best turbo for my 98.5 dodge 4x4 cummins? I want somthing that Whistles Like theres no tomarrow!:w2: LOL. Im thinking Silverbullet? Any ideas?:c:

yeah get a HTT 64/71/14 or something similar, I'd stay away from industrial injection, but that's a story for another day
