Default raptor 150 install question

Okay so my raptor should be here tomorrow from mighty diesel and I had a thought, when I go to install the fuel line from the filter housing ill lose my fuel pressure sensor for my edge jwa. So can I use the fitting for the 2001 vp and put that on the vp or can I keep the stock line from the filter to the injection pump so I can still monitor fuel pressure?

Why are you loosing the Banjo fitting with sensor port? Going to change to the "high flow" setup? I'm not too sure if there is a big gain until your running real high HP numbers. IMO, of course

I could have swore that the instructions I downloaded said you switched out the line from the filter to the pump, and from the pictures I couldn't retain the stock line. But sounds it doesn't matter so ill just leave the line from the filter to the pump alone.

Nevermind I read over it again and I guess it doesn't talk about swapping that line out. So no worries now thanks for the info

aren't you taking your fuel pressure from the test port on top of the fuel filter housing?

doesn't your filter cap have test plugs on it? 98 and 99 were the same if I remember right. they have a 1/8" port on the cap then you don't have to worry about it. depending on what fittings they send you can always put a fitting with 1/8 port on the side of the vp and attach the raptor line there too.

I don't remember what size it was. It does have test ports but the sender from edge went into the banjo fitting on the supply line on the filter

Sorry worded that wrong, not the supply to the filter, the out side of the filter that goes to the vp

so if you need to change the line you should be able to use the test port on the cap right?

Well the thing is they are two different sized holes....so no, but I've got it figured out and I don't need to replace that line
