I have both pumps and have no problem with either. You do see FASS at alot of diesel events.

brando 06-22-2010 05:22 PM

Which FASS would you recommend? I have 4in exhaust as my only upgrade. Ps nice butt Turbo.

Dr. Evil 06-22-2010 05:23 PM

I have seen a number of people complain about FASS's customer service lately

Billy D 06-22-2010 06:12 PM

My buddies FASS was leakin, he replaced the 2 O rings and it's workin sweet:tu: I didn't know there were O rings in there:humm: You rock Jake:rocking:

i did a fass 95/150 on mine they said it was good for 500hp aint had no problems with it customer service was good for me either one would be good i got a buddy at wyotech who swares by fass it depends on how much power you plan on havein also when the lift pump goes out the vp44 usually goes to u might check it to

I sale both units and you can't go wrong with either one. If you want a FASS system go with the Titanium or Platinum Series 150gph.

I have 2 airdogs and love them! They are way more compact as well and fit better under the truck IMO Father is AirDog and son is Fass

lobsterman04 06-22-2010 09:36 PM

The Airdog is much easier to mount. But thats comparing it to a FASS i put on a 3rd gen. Can't go wrong either way.

I have the airdog 100 on my truck and have had nothing but good luck with it. It's been on for a year now and ever since install, Ive never had to fix or readjust anything at all. Plus with the 100 kit you don't have to drop the tank and put in the draw tube, you use the factory connection. With all my mods I haven't seen a pressure under 14 psi at wide open throttle. It works very well in my opinion...

jkidd 06-22-2010 11:31 PM

Both are good. I prefer Airdog because price is lower.

KwS 07-03-2010 09:03 PM

I ended up purchasing the AirDog 100 because it was cheaper then the FASS. It has been on the truck for almost a year and I have never had an issue.

I run a 4inch exhaust on my truck no chips or injectors and have the air dog 150. I have had it for almost 6months and have had no problems with it it actually increased my MPG's id recommend air dog.
