Thanks for eny input :hellox: my fuel pressure sending unit is bad on the inj pump. i had my pressure checked it was good but the guy that tested it only took it up to 2,000 rpms my truck will run up to 3,700. well if your getting heavy smoke at first then you have plenty of fuel... that smoke is bc of a load on the motor which will be what you have in the low range but once you get into the higher ranges your load will not be as high bc its not trying as hard. now the flutter you speak of i cant really say. but what you describe in the beginning is common. dont know how old your fass is and it really shouldnt matter but with the mods you have you really shouldnt need much more fuel than what you should have as of now.

For a proper answer you need to get a fuel pressure gauge in there. We NEED to know how much fuel is getting to the VP. Beg, steal or borrow a fitting, hose and gauge.

Are you running an aftermarker draw straw?

you have just the correct amount of fuel for the turbo once lit it's clean. I made 575 with a fass 95 so you have plenty of fuel and held 14psi at wot feeding my tiwns and 200hp ddps

The stock pickup tube has been known to cause issues. We can hook ya up with a much better setup.

I still run stock pick up no issues the fass draw straws like to leak. if your going that route just sump it.
