Raptor vs. Air Dog 150

Ok so I got my new gauges installed yesterday and found out that my stock lp was only pushing about 5 psi :argh: and yea I know how everyone feels about stock lps:ph: I have been looking at either a raptor 150 or an Air dog 150 but the only diff I can see is the filters and $100 which would be better? I have read alot of threads here and some say the Raptor and alot say the Airdog. But why what is so much better about the air dog than the raptor. I would like some opinions on the subject as what to do and if you would please explain why which is better (the technical side of it as far as hp/perf). Thanks guys.
Oh and btw I did change out my "bad" lp with another "bad" lp from napa and before I get the :wack: from you guys it is just because it is under warranty from them and it is at least at 10-14psi for now better than the 5psi I had before.

i prefer the airdog because of the better filteration, and gets rid of the stock filter housing under the hood. as soon as it leaves the pump, it has a clear shot to the ip, instead of having to go through the filter houing. hp wise, i doubt ther is any. i would send a pm to the owner of pure flow, and ask him his opion and preferences, on which he would recomend. maybe some one on here has more to say but this in just my opion :tu:

Thanks big ed I thought most of it was due to filtration I am still leaning towards the raptor for now I know it is just a $100 diff but on a budget thats a $100 so IDK what to do yet just worried about killing a VP 44 if it isnt allready on its way out :scare2:

the airdog also comes with the lines and fittings that remove the restrictive banjo bolts. you would need to add about $35 for the big line kit to make it equivalent. I am a distributor and dealer for pureflow. The filters on the airdog will also last about 30k miles which is 2-3 times as long as the stock, and replacement filters are about the same cost as stock:tu:
