Can I run a air filter right off the turbo like that on my 1st and 2nd gen??
Yes, but the down side is the air isn't as cold entering the turbo.

How do these set ups work, is it one small turbo draging up 2 big ones or 2 small ones dragging up one big one??

dumb question.......how are the air regulators plumbed in to control waste gate and whats the advantage to doing this? trying to map it out in my head but ran into a brain fart

I think it's actually 2 smaller turbos feeding one very large turbo, but maybe it's not that huge being as it's probably more of a towing set up than anything, instant boost and smoke free performance

Yeah you can have 2 feeding one, and you can also run them in parallel i believe
